Waiting for Your Order Delivered from Timtara.com?


Recently, we had a talk with Timtara CEO Arindam bose and published it in our forum. Within no time we received some 20+ comments and all talking negative about Timtara.com, we were surprised, this company got listed in top 20 hottest e commerce startup in DQ list. To understand the reality and  customers pain point we had shared these comments with Arindam. He assured us that he was reaching out to each and every dissatisfied customer.


We wanted to understand how it could have happened and had a discussion with Arindam, he told us that he never expected this kind of demand coming to Timtara.com (he said he had a customer base of around 10 lakhs). On further questioning he told us that since there was not a proper IT infrastructure to support the demand. Recently, Timtara  has implemented CRM system and ready to cater the demand.
