We had a chat with Richard Anson, Founder of Reevoo.com to understand their current and future plans.

What is Reevoo and what problem are you solving?
Reevoo enables businesses to harness the power of consumer conversations, through customer review, community management and social analytics tools. Our solutions help businesses to attract, engage, convert and retain their customers’ better, increasing revenues and customer satisfaction. Our social commerce solutions take care of everything from collecting and moderating reviews, to maximizing the ROI of social content, to building an online community of brands’ best customers. This unique, flexible approach allows us to deliver industry-leading results to our customers – and we’ll guarantee them with SLAs. We’ve been industry-leaders since Reevoo was founded in 2005.  We work with leading brands like Acer, Ford, Hertz, T-Mobile, Sony, Dixons Stores Group, Black & Decker and Kuoni.


Tell us something about yourself and how did the idea come into your mind?
I live in London, not far from Reevoo HQ and whilst not evangelizing about the power of social commerce and its ability to transform the way brands and retailers engage with their customers, I am a keen windsurfer and am currently learning to kitesurf. Reevoo came about from a personal frustration around the lack of consumer choice support and the knowledge that customer reviews would both help consumers make better choices and retailers and brands increase sales. I believe we are fundamentally changing the way brands and retailers sell and engage, consumers buy and products are made – more relevance, happier consumers, less wastage, increased profits - so that brands, retailers and consumers all benefit.

What is the current team size? Are you adding more people in next 6 months’ time?
We currently have about 90 people in our UK, Ukraine, Australia, German, Benelux and US offices.
We can’t recruit fast enough at the moment and our expanding our international sales teams, marketing, client services, and development teams.

Did you raise any funding? Are you looking for investors?
Eden Ventures, Banexi Ventures and MMC ventures are investors in Reevoo.

You have two business running in parallel. One is mainly on Social Commerce and another selling things on Reevoo.com. How are you managing and which one is current focus?
Our main focus is on extending our B2B enterprise offering and growing our customer base globally and across different verticals. We are on track to be delivering to clients in over 50 countries by the end of the year across all major continents.
